Customer Service Representative - North China (m/f)
Purpose
Maintain the customer profile and system data; handle customers & accounts; Offer good customers service; coordinate with customer inquires; participate in exhibitions; work closely with other relevant sectors etc.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Customer Service Related:
- Take the initiative to communicate with the customers; offer requested quotations, inquiries and services to customers, persistent focus on total customer satisfaction; follow up customer’s orders & dealing with customer’s complaints, maintain the customer profile and system data under company’s request upon the defined working flow & business areas.
- Input pre-orders into Navision, friendly deal with all customer related issues, follow up order status & overdue payment.
- Actively assist all relevant customer service related works in order to achieve the set goals.
- Back up on each other’s daily routines; contribute on building up an advanced, efficient C.S.Team.
- Receiving customer visits or join visit customers in case of necessary.
- Implement & follow up the defined working flows & fulfil the duties consistently.
- Organizing the employees of all the departments to certain and evaluate the special requests of customers, including the medical devices packing products.
2. Further Duties
- Participant necessarily in exhibition upon business request.
- Take the initiative participation in all relevant training on purpose of improvement the service level, communication skills etc.
- Customer contacts data management: (save & update Navision data timely)
Nature and Scope
- The job holder reports to Regional Sales Manager – North China directly.

- Fluent written and oral English & computer skills, Japanese is a plus
- Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems
- Good communication skills in multilingual environment & knowledge of international trading terms

- At least 2 years relevant experience
